Content calendar

Content shows scheduled jobs, recurring projections, and history in a calendar view. Reschedule or cancel one-off jobs from the calendar when supported.

Schedule for later (one-off)

From Generate:

1. Complete the job form.
2. Choose Schedule for later instead of publish now.
3. Pick date and time (timezone-aware).
4. The job stays scheduled until the scheduler runs it.

Cancel scheduled jobs from the calendar or jobs list before they execute.

Recurring cadences

Open Schedules to create daily or weekly cadences:

Recurring schedules enqueue new jobs automatically — no manual click each week.

Scheduler mechanics

Production uses QStash for reliable wake-ups with retries. A daily cron provides a safety net for recurring ticks.

Pause and delete

Disable a schedule to stop future jobs without deleting history. Delete removes the cadence entirely.
